Effect of oral semaglutide on circadian feeding behavior in DIO mice. (A) On day 1 of the treatment, oral semaglutide 0.23 mg/kg (eq. 14 mg) with 0.1 mL DW significantly reduced LP and daily food intake, and at 0.7 mg/kg (eq. 42 mg) with 0.1 mL DW, it also significantly reduced DP food intake.
